Staff - Especially the manager of the hotel was terrible, but the owner of the property was fairly supportive. Bit overall Staff needs to be responsive and polite.

Small, overpriced, congested, no faucet/jet gun in toilet, refilling of flush very slow, mirror given in toilet - very small washroom how to get ready, hot water also very slow, bathroom tiles are loose, climbing to 2nd floor through steep wooden stairs, misleading pictures on booking.com to show the property as prime but it is very small and not worthy of 6000/- NPR per night when compared to other hotels with better amenities than this hotel nearby, limited breakfast options as well

Lack of facilities in washroom such as water spout.

The staff is nice and cooperative. Food is delicious, especially their Thakali Nepali Thali. It was perfect for a one-day stay after the Annapurna Circuit trek to relax. Location is right next to bus/jeep booking counter or getting a cab for sightseeing.

The staff were extremely efficient and the food was excellent! A dinner and breafast to remember! Everything was exactly what the pictures said it would be.

I didn't want to leave!!

The location was amazing, and it was the most aesthetic stay I could find on booking. The window oversees the airport runway. It’s cute n comfy and the breakfast was nice

I didn’t like the fact that the owner was so restrictive about the checkin timings. I was late due to landslides n rains on the way. Also didn’t like that staff never asked if I need extra water or toilet paper or cleaning the next day
