A very cozy place to stay. Walking distance from the airport with very friendly staff. They do have a restaurant/bakery with a decent menu with continental options. The place is run by a very patient, and accommodating hostess who speaks excellent English.

Hotel in the good standard of cleanliness. Overlooking airport and at the same time in a quiet place - I slept with an open window.

The location was great, offering a beautiful view of the mountain ranges when the sky is clear. The airport is conveniently located behind the hotel. The hotel itself has a charming, rustic feel—made mostly of wood, including a wooden staircase that adds to its character. While it’s best not to expect luxury, the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They serve organic food, although we didn’t get to try the breakfast due to an early checkout. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

Everything about Xanadu Homes is first rate. It's easily our best stay in Nepal so far. The food was exquisite, and the cappuccinos were delicious, Our room, overlooking the airport, was well-appointed with everything we needed. Best of all, however was the staff. Kristina and Amrita are the best. They're attentive, personable, and adorable.

There could have been a squeegee in the bathroom to speed drying of the floor after showering and the towels were a bit rough.
