Location is excellent Clean and tidy and well organized

Not the nearest side to women gates The path toilet was broken and need maintenance

1. Location was good - a 5 minute walk from Masjid An Nabawi. 2. Breakfast was very nice, lots of options.

1. When I requested for my room to be cleaned it was not done properly at all (bed wasn’t made properly, dirty dishes left out). One of the hand towels was dirty when we first checked in to the room. 2. The receptionist barely spoke English and had to pass the phone to someone else when I was requesting for my room to be cleaned at a certain time. 3. Value for money was not good - way too expensive for a 2 star hotel.

تسليم الغرفة وكانت فيها صيانة ولم يتم ابلاغنا - مكان الشاور جداً ضيق- المغسلة خربانة تمتلي موية على طول - الفطور غير مناسب على الاطلاق حيث كانت كأنها اطباق للعشاء وليست فطور.

اكتر حاجه عجبتنا الاستقبال من الموظفه الجميله رنا البلوي ما شاء الله بشوشه وشاطره والله حجزت مخصوص لحسن استقبالها ومساعدتها واهتمامها حسيت انها مستضيفانا ببيتها من حفاوة الترحيب والفندق تحفه كل مره هنزل هناك هحجز فيه 😍
