The rooms were not clean and hardly anyone was willing to clean it unless you pay on the side

يجب عليكم التفكير اكثر بجعل النزيل ان يحس انه في منزلة وعدم التفكير الاكثر بالعائد المادي

لم احس انني مرغوب فية بالفندق لم اسمع اي مجاملة او اي استعداد لتقديم خدمات لي والملاحظ ان كل موظف يقوم بعملة فقط وكانه موظف يؤدي وظيفته فقط

The only good thing about this establishment is the location.

The room had a strong, persistent stench. Each time the toilet was flushed, it released a putrid odor that spread throughout the room and made it essentially uninhabitable. When these concerns were brought to the staff’s attention, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Their behavior felt discriminatory toward me and my family, and they repeatedly avoided or refused to answer our questions or address our requests.
