Can’t say anything bad. I like the bar/restaurant R floor. The pool is kinda small. Overall good staff and impressive service especially the waiters.

Scrumptious breakfast, excellent staff and the area feels safe with plenty of places to eat.

Could’ve been helpful if there is wardrobe available in the room

Rooms were a bit small and dated, and nowhere to store or hang clothes. Breakfast choice was limited. The upstairs restaurant was good and the food great. Food does not come out at the same time. One person could be finishing their meal whilst the other is still waiting for theirs to arrive.. entertainment was good, the lobby good and the staff very helpful.

My co-workers paid much lower rate per night from Agoda. the room is quite cramp.

The location and the staff. Comfortable bed and the accessibility to the places I wanted to go by.

They need to have hooks in the bathroom and the standing shower should be a little bit more deeper, coz the water easily gets overflowing.Need.more .hooks to hang clothes..and Iron and Ironing board for longer stays.

First night, power went off my room after turning off the lights in the bathroom and so I called the front desk. Facilities came in and checked. He said that the switch overloaded or something. Then he left. Asked the front desk again what’s the next step and they said my hands may be wet when I touched the switch. How will I do that? And how can they accuse me of that. Asked front desk to transfer me to another room. The approach was so reactive.
