Staff and as the hotel is nice and clean.

Parking lot. There's a lot of establishments as well as the hotel but parking spaces are limited.

Did not have breakfast

We I checked out the reception staff said to me that a towel had a stain on it and a cleaner unfolded in the towel in full view of the whole reception area. The stain on the towel was just some make-up and I really do not understand why they made such a fuss and embarrassed my wife in front of other guests. When I asked why they were concerned about some make up on a towel they really could not explain. I have never experienced something like this before.

It’s new but the hallways can be lit up a bit more

The restaurant & cafe staff specifically the morning shift. They seem to be trainees only who ultimately lack training. My fork at the table fell because of the waiter’s carelessness and I had to call him to replace it and he just handed a fork with his bare hands. No napkin whatsoever. This is a basic sanitary practice and he’s no idea about it. This is at the cafe when we had breakfast on mar 7. Also, we were informed that time that our order will be delayed a bit because they ran out of gas. Again informed by a seem-to-be trainee.

Good beds and fairly clean and new hotel. It opened in 2024, but does appear older than this.

Water doesn't drain properly from shower leaving a weak, unpleasant smell. The walls were not soundproof at all—I could hear normal conversations from the neighboring room, and hallway noises sounded as if they were coming from inside our own room. The check-in process was lengthy, requiring a large deposit in cash, that we had to withdraw from a nearby ATM. This was inconvenient and poorly communicated. While we were checking in, a man with two children walked through security and up to us at the reception desk, begging us for money. The security staff and the receptionists simply stood there, staring, without taking any action to remove them or address the situation. It was an uncomfortable and awkward experience that gave the impression of poor security and management. It appeared planned. The pool area was uninviting, and accessing it required filling out and signing no fewer than four documents per person. It was unclear whether this was a one-time requirement or necessary for each visit, as we did not return to the pool afterward. The check-out was very lenghty. Staff deducted money from the deposit for minor dirt spots on towels and a pillowcase, which felt unreasonable as it came from normal use.

Ofcourse the customer service!! from security guard, front desk and the cleaning staff are exceptional. I also like to point out the restaurant and entertainment on the top floor is amazing! every night someone is performing and must try there cocktails and variety of international drinks. Kudos to the Chef and the team for making great meals and with a reasonable price. I really enjoy my stay, will definetily come back!

The hotel is quit noisy because its right next to the main road. The buiding is retatively new but issues in the bathroom and hot water needs attention.
