Abitazione con tutti i confort. Apprezzata lavastoviglie, ampio spazio in cucina e buoni spazi esterni oltre al parcheggio interno alla proprietà e vicinanza alla spiaggia.

"Enjoyable stay in Avola in modern clean house."

Well furnished, modern updated home. Great having separate air conditioners in each bedroom. Nice outdoor shower and backyard sitting area. Nice having shade darkening curtains. Enclosed gated parking was great. Host left cookies and bottle of wine for us to enjoy.

Second bedroom had bunk beds and another twin bed next to it, but was tight getting in and out. Didn’t like having to bring out garbage on various days.

Super localisation, à deux pas de la plage, tous les commerces et autres à proximité, et parfait pour rayonner dans la magnifique région de la Sicile baroque ! Propre, fonctionnel et même des moustiquaires à toutes les portes et fenêtres pour aérer sans être embêté. Un hôte très réactif, attentionné et flexible !

Franchement pas grand chose à redire... une petite table basse peut-être dans le salon ? C'est tout :)

Idealne zakwaterowanie na Sycylii. Bardzo mili gospodarze przywitali nas winem i lokalnymi ciasteczkami i przekazali informacje o najlepszych restauracjach, sklepach w pobliżu itp. Mieszkanie ma wszystko, czego potrzeba, a nawet więcej - w kuchni i łazience wszystkie sprzęty, jakie można sobie wyobrazić ;), 2 telewizory, klimatyzację w każdym pokoju. Posesja jest zamykana, można bezpiecznie zaparkować samochód. Obiekt jest rewelacyjny i polecam go każdemu! Sama miejscowość Avola też bardzo ciekawa i jest dobrą bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Sycylii.

We stayed in this house and had a truly wonderful experience. The house is new, and you can really feel it - everything is modern, fresh, and in perfect condition. We spent a long time choosing a place to stay in Avola, and we did not regret for a single day that we chose this particular new house. The house has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay - and even more. It is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help and make sure everything is perfect. The location is also very convenient - situated at the exit of the city and close to a supermarket, which made our stay even more comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. We truly enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
