The accommodation was excellent – very clean, modern, and equipped with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. Sebastiano was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with great recommendations and local advice. The place had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We especially appreciated the peaceful outdoor space – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommended!

"Enjoyable stay in Sicily near the sea."

The house basically exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable, and modern. It's close to the sea, restaurants, and shops. A nice and clean beach, "Pantanello Beach," with shallow waters (great for kids), is within walking distance. The host is also very kind and helpful. In summary – don’t hesitate to book if you get the chance.

"A wonderful solution for families at walking distance from the sea!"

Brilliant and brand new house/apartment. Spotless all over and plenty of fresh linens. With a usable kitchen if you like to cook (a bit more than essential equipment) and plenty of space for a family of four. I appreciated many small details. Also, the owner coming by to meet us and say hi. Highly reccomending it!

"Beautiful place in Avola"

We are family with two kids (almost 6yo and 3yo) and we use to travel quite often. I can honestly say that this was one of the best apartments/houses we had rent. The house is really modern with private parking. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking. Sebastiano is very nice and he gave us also very useful tips what and where to eat/have some typical "cakes". Location is 3min walking to the beach and 15min walking (3min driving) to several big supermarkets. I am sure that we will come back!!! 😍
