Superb place… clean… nice… loks as brand new built…. good location… beach is like 100 meters from the spot…. owner is very nice and helpfull… very pleasant man…. over all just perfect place with perfect owner

Es ist ein sehr helles, neues Ferienhaus. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

"Enjoyable stay in Avola in modern clean house."

Well furnished, modern updated home. Great having separate air conditioners in each bedroom. Nice outdoor shower and backyard sitting area. Nice having shade darkening curtains. Enclosed gated parking was great. Host left cookies and bottle of wine for us to enjoy.

Second bedroom had bunk beds and another twin bed next to it, but was tight getting in and out. Didn’t like having to bring out garbage on various days.

Super localisation, à deux pas de la plage, tous les commerces et autres à proximité, et parfait pour rayonner dans la magnifique région de la Sicile baroque ! Propre, fonctionnel et même des moustiquaires à toutes les portes et fenêtres pour aérer sans être embêté. Un hôte très réactif, attentionné et flexible !

Franchement pas grand chose à redire... une petite table basse peut-être dans le salon ? C'est tout :)

La maison est très propre, bien équipée et confortable, a 5 minutes de la plage et des commerces. Sebastiano est très disponible et sympathique!
