Comfortable

The staff was not working properly, we asked thrice to change the wet doormat, but they didn't change it, Hotel has charged for water bottle, 1 bottle water should be complimentary each day, but they charged for it.

That is a pet friendly property, the only facility I like it.

Staff was not friendly, Not given soap etc. The geiser was not on. Staff denied for food facility, however other guests supplied food.

Nothing. It was nothing like what was written on the site in fact they had not even booked the room and we had to wake up the staff and get ourselves a room cleaned which was full of cockroaches and everything was very dirty including the bathroom and the bed covers and everything else. They did not give us the room booked by us on the booking.com site.

We did not like anything, it was a horrible experience, please do not book this hotel.
