Nothing was good

The staff was indifferent towardds us, The property owner's behaviour was extremely bad he was not there at the property but the boy who attended us got him connected to us via phone call. Actually I had requested a spepate bed or Split bed for my colleague who is my driver but the request was not honoured . What the property owner did, he asked his staff to provide an extra bed and charged for that. I repeatedly requested that he should not charge for that but he did not agree. Later I accepted what he wanted, he was talking in an objectionable and insulting tone. At around 10 P.M. I called the reception to provide a towel and toiletories but no body attended my call. Ultimately I myself had to go down stairs as the room was on 3rd Floor and there was no escalator in the hotel. (Actually I am a cardiac patient and have undergone bypass surgery my doctor has advised my not to climb steep stairs and give exertion to my body) I found a man at the reception, I asked him the reason why he was not taking my call . He said " So What???. I was stunned how could such a rude behaviuos can be meted out to a hotel guest. I requested him to give 2 twels and bath soap then after repeated request he gave only one towel saying that their policy allows one towel per room only. Staying in this property was like a nightare for me.
