"Simply the Best"

Everything. We have been traveling internationally for over 40 years and this is the best value hotel we have ever stayed in. The owner of the hotel Fatima is exceptionally kind and gracious … and makes incredibly delicious omelets for breakfast. Great food, lovely decor, immaculately clean … the attention to detail is simply amazing. We feel lucky to have found Riad Arambys!

"Simple place but charming."

Nice small friendly Riad. The breakfast was pretty minimal but we bought a melon in the market (for $1!) and they happily cut it up for us to add to our meal.

We arrived very tired and would have liked to be able to arrange a luggage cart thru the Riad - they didn't answer the phone.

"Exceptional"

this is the second time I’ve stayed here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fatima and her staff are lovely. the breakfast is excellent & the rooftop terrace is great.

"Superb"

Beautiful place to stay, very well located, good breakfast, nice rooftop, good value for money, definitely recommend.

The communication before arrival was a bit peculiar, no response or long response time, one-word answers what made me think at some point that it was maybe a bad choice. But finally everything turned out well.

"Convenient riad with great breakfast"

The location was convenient, and the staff members were very friendly. Our room was comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

No soap for the shower (just a hand soap pump by the sink). There is a step going into the bathroom that is easy to trip over. No AC. Be prepared to pay in cash.

"The dream place to spend your time in Essaouira."

One of the best places to spent your holiday. Service and personal that you left no wishes open. We enjoyed so much the interior, room the inside garden with couches, breakfast on root.

We had a fantastic stay at Fatima's riad, which is very well located in the medina. The riad is beautiful, with a lovely garden, great terrace and tastefully designed rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Finally, Fatima was an excellent host, providing us with great insights on the region. We'd very happily stay again!
