Ein paar Punkte die für ein 4 Stern Hotel nicht passen und nicht auftreten sollten : Steckdose im Badezimmer hat nicht funktioniert, Insektenschutzrollo konnte nicht verwendet werden weil es defekt war. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat Wasser verloren und den Boden beschädigt. Angekündigte Kaffeebar war nicht vorhanden.

Bellissima struttura nel mezzo del Collio Sloveno. Decisamente consigliato. Ci è piaciuta molta la location, circondata dai vigneti e la camera era più spaziosa del previsto. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione era soddisfacente, con salato e dolce.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was decent size. Good shower. The restaurant was good, so was the food and the waiter very polite and knowledgeable.

On arrival the front door was locked so we had to go through the back in and realised it was a self checkin. The envelope was waiting for us with the electronic front door code and room code. It worked the first time. When we went out and tried to come back in the codes did not work. Nobody around. Had to call the number on the door. A young guy came to help us who was rude. The room was tiny. Just enough room for the bed. The tv did not work. The pool was very dirty. The breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Given it is cherry season you’d expect some fresh fruit for breakfast. Nothing! When we set outside on the terrace to eat breakfast there was a guy who was spraying olive trees with pesticide with no regards to guests. We had to move inside. Overall it felt guests were left to their own devices. No customer service. I cannot believe the high rates they charge and what little they offer. I will not be back.

Os quartos são muito confortáveis e o restaurante é ótimo

Só tem gente no hotel das 8:00 as 12:00. Depois disso só por mensagens
