I lived in the grand room, the size of the room is 100m2, so spacious and special, love the setting. And breakfast is the floating tray with fresh flowers. And the service is so good.

odanın içinde fare vardı. Oda çok eski her yerde örümcek ağı var oda hiç temiz değil. Ve otelin konumu çok kötü çok ıssız bir yerde. Bu otelin puanı nasıl bu kadar yüksek bilmiyorum. Çalışanlar asla yardımcı olmuyor odayı temizleyin diyorum temizlemiyorlar. Kesinlikle bu otelde kalmayın asla tavsiye etmiyorum paranıza yazık

The property was lovely, clean and beautiful. The suite was huge and so spacious. If we needed everything the workers where there to help whenever will no problems. There were so polite and respectful. Our flight was delayed and we ended up getting there for 2 am which was out of the check in time, but a staff member was there and still showed us around without any issues. Really recommend this place to people. The only issue was it was a 45 min drive from ubud centre but we knew it was abit far out, but really quite safe peaceful place to stay.

Located in a beautiful village outside of central Ubud, this is a newer traditional Balinese house with a warm team and beautiful decor. Bed was extremely comfortable, water was hot, bath tub was excellent, and garden was beautiful. The hotel arranged a driver which was super convenient, and they even waited up when I arrived quite late to take me to my room and assist with my bags. Very sweet team-- especially Indra! Thank you!

When I first arrived the team was overly communicative, calling to see if I wanted breakfast or cleaning. Mid-way through I had a hard time getting in touch with them to discuss a possible extension/ cost, discuss transportation, etc. Not a major thing and I got it sorted.

Es tal cual las fotos, incluso más bonito. La cama es cómoda y no hemos visto mosquitos. El desayuno lo entregan en tu habitación a la hora que indiques y te dejan escoger qué quieres comer de un listado. Cada día dan agua gratis y limpian. Muy amables y te ayudan con todo. La piscina está limpia. Tienen motos para alquilar allí mismo. Escuchar la lluvia en la cama es maravilloso.

No es que no me haya gustado. Pero si no tienes moto es un poco complicado moverse. Y por la zona no hay muchos restaurantes, sobre todo para cenar ya que cierran temprano, ni para cambiar dinero. Pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento.

It’s very calm place .

Should improve by providing mineral water more . Secondly , breakfast is the biggest downfall here . The toilet bowl is little shaky . Otherwise the stay is good .
