Super freundliches Personal und ruhige Lage. Von unserer (super schönen) Suite hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick auf ein Reisfeld.

The pool was nice. Nice decoration. Staff was trying to be friendly. Came with mustique repellent who they did place outside.

The towels were not clean. We had our bed changed and there was bird shit , which we saw directly. The water in yhe shower was boilling hot or ice cold. It was constantly raining in our bathroom through both windows. My husband even slipped and fell. When we talked to the staff they did just smile. We told them weeks in advance that it is going to be our honeymoon and they did not do anything special like in the pictures. We asked during our stay multiple times but no effort was done. My husband told them it was my birthday and ordered a cake and again no effort was done. I celebrated my birthday without cake and we decided to depart one day earlier. You only have 6 plates to decide from for your breakfast. I did asked for vegetable as I could not eat 4 out of 6 breakfast as they were not glutenfree, no ajustement were made. I m truly disappointed, the reviews were so good but unfortunately not true. The neareat beach is 2 hours away by motorbike. They rented us bikes who were broken and the trips that they offer, they do not know were it is headed. The taxi driver they ordered for us was stopping at 3 gas stations to fill up his car, eventhough they know that we had to catch our flight. We did book a massage at the reception for the spa and they did not do any reservations. The morning when we arrived for the spa, they did not know of anything. We had to wait for the masseuses to come. The room was not correctly cleaned. And the doors are not closed correctly so every animal can come in.

La villa était encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout était propre que ce soit les pièces, la piscine, ou la robinetterie. Ménage fais tous les jours de la part du staff. Aucune bête/reptile dans la villa hormis des mini lézards et uniquement sur la terrasse. Le staff est incroyablement gentil, vraiment 10/10 pour notre séjour, quelle erreur d’y avoir était en première étape de notre voyage toutes les autres villas semblaient ridicules à côté.

La vue de l’extérieur, la salle de bain, la chambre est spacieuse, le personnel est attentionné

Coupure d’eau pendant plus de 24h. L’hôtel s’est montré arrangeant lors du Check out pour le dédommagement. Le petit déjeuner devrait être amélioré.
