The Studio was very comfortable and well located. The host was incredibly friendly and very polite. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Peter!

The property is new, very clean, and the air conditioning works well. The shower has really good pressure. The location is great, close to shops, and has safe off-street parking.

These are small issues, but if rectified, it would make the place a lot more pleasurable to stay. The room is very small for two people and would be best suited to an individual guest. The property is noted as being accessible. This is incorrect. There is a large step into the property and is not easily accessible to a person with accessibility issues. There are pots and pans and a frypan but no element to cook on. There is ground coffee provided (a nice touch), but no plunger to use it. There was no other form of coffee provided. There is a microwave, however there isn't an obvious microwave proof bowl. The unit is advertised as having TV. This shouldn't be advertised as such, as there is no free to air TV available. We note this was also raised by other visitors but hasn't been rectified. There is a towel rail missing in the bathroom (there are marks where it had fallen off), the toilet seat slips sideways and the shower fills with water when used, and takes a long time to drain Overall the concept is great, it just needs attention to detail to make it better.

Great central location. The room was cozy and comfortable.

The room is not detached, it is joined with the main house. The occupants of the house had a very loud and raucous gathering one evening and where screaming and shouting directly outside the window. It was stopped eventually after contacting the hosts but it did put me off an otherwise great stay.
