The property was central and provided us with a comfy place to stay in Christchurch. We visit often and this place could have been ideal for us to use regularly.

We had to contact the owners to find out how to get in as had not heard from them. We had difficulty getting the TV channels to go & this was not resolved. We also left two containers in the fridge by mistake & contacted owners on our departure date to inform them & that we would collect them the following week. When we contacted them to remind them to leave containers out there was only 1 container left out which was an old cracked crappy one. They then said nothing like the ones left. had been found. Not very impressed, especially when we contacted them on our departure day to inform them they were forgotten & were left in the fridge. We had thought that this apartment could have been beneficial to us both as we come to Christchurch quite a bit but don't think that will work now under these circumstances which is disappointing.

The room was small but excellently appointed including heat pump. Everything I needed was there.

The only issue I had, a minor one, was that I could not work out how to access free to air TV channels.

The room was very clean and new. And the instructions from host about getting the key were very clear.

Hard to find. Instructions need to be clearer

Good location. Parking left a little too be desired.
