Insika lodge

Beautiful lodge, nice rooms. Shuttle to the city is well arranged.

Staff is helpful, but not very genuinely friendly. Not much information about restaurants, viewpoints, activities etc is provided without asking. Hotel shuttle from airport should be included. Lunch is very medium compared to dinner and breakfast which are great.

The one staff member on arrival, she billed us double the amt as compared to what bookings.com charged. We paid on arrival. I had to correct her but her attitude changed towards thereafter. Was not as kind..

Stunning lodge- pool, service, food, spa, grounds. Everything we needed after our mobile safari. Rooms spacious, clean and well layed out.

Shuttles into town were not particularly frequent but with plenty of taxi services and a bit of forward planning it was fine

Kleine ruhige Hotelanlage mit einer schönen gepflegten Gartenanlage. Unser Zimmer lag im hinteren Bereich. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit einer Glasschiebetür. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb, es gibt aber 5x am Tag einen kostenlosen Shuttle in die Stadt. Wenn man Glück hat, sieht man auf dem Weg in die Staft schon Elefanten. Das Abendessen, man konnte aus zwei Vorspeisen, drei Hauptgerichten und zwei Desserts wählen, wat hervorragend und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Frühstück gibt es a la carte. Kompliment an die Küche. Die Getränkepreise sind nicht zu hoch. Sehr schön war auch die über die Lodge gebuchte Sunsettour auf dem Sambesi. Immer wieder.

Bei einigen Mitarbeitern im Restaurant ist uns aufgefallen, dass sie nur langsam und nur in ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich arbeiten, gern mal eine Bestellung vergessen und nicht eigenständig Zusatzarbeiten übernehmen. Schön fand ich auch nicht, dass morgens noch die benutzen Pooltücher auf den Liegen lagen.

This resort is lovely. The rooms are spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos, water pressure is amazing. The highlight though are the staff. They're all friendly and helpful, but a special shout out to Mary in the restaurant and especially Praise at the front desk. She was so informative, clear in her communications, and went the extra mile to ensure that our tourism needs were met.

The only thing I'd suggest to improve our stay was to increase the frequency of the shuttle bus. It only runs every two hours (5 cycles per day)

A wonderful stay it was!!!! The rooms are luxury indeed, comfy, spacious and neat. When you return from dinner, the room is setup already👌😊. There is a scheduled free shuttle to town and tourists attractions. The breakfast options are awesome and the food is great not forgotting the friendly and helpful staff all round 😊👌😊. The reception assists with bookings for activities as well ☺️. The garden is immaculate!! We had an amazing time at Victoria Falls and enjoyed our stay at the beautifu and stunning Insika Lodge❤️.
