L'accueil : nous avons été accueilli, sans doute, par la personne qui n'aimait pas son métier (ou ne l'aimait plus) car son attitude était limite méprisante jusqu'à parfois nous éviter ou ne pas nous dire bonjour ! Nous avons eu du mal à être correctement informé et pas d'effort lorsqu'il y a la barrière de la langue (nous sommes Français et le personnel ne parle qu'Anglais). La croisière sur la rivière Zambeze est chère pour une prestation moyenne. On aurait aimé avoir un détail des prestations proposées gratuites ou payantes (durée, contenu, etc..) On ne sait jamais ce qui est inclus de ce qui est exclus du prix, ce qui peut être payé en carte ou exclusivement en Cash.. Tout est cher et en Dollars US, prévoir de la monnaie pour payer tous les suppléments à tiroir. Le séjour d'une nuit au Zimbabwe nous aura coûté plus cher que 3 jours en Afrique du Sud (en ZAR)

L'hôtel était une belle surprise - bien au delà de ce que je pensais avoir réservé. Tout commence à la reception où on est accueilli avec un verre et toutes les explications sur l'hôtel. Le cadre est agréable avec piscine et bar. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la décoration soignée et avec beaucoup de goût. Cerise sur le gâteau, le petit déjeuner qui propose un large choix d'omelettes et autre plats chauds.

Insika is set on the edge of the bush, in the most immaculately landscaped grounds. I enjoyed watching warthogs, deer and birds at the watering hole in front of the pool, with one of Fultons freshly made cocktails in hand. The restaurant service, led for us by George, was another seamless experience each visit- the menu rotates each night, is reasonably priced, and just delicious. We barely left Insika during our stay as it was hard to fathom where else we'd go that would be better 😂 thank you to the entire team of dozens of staff working hard constantly to make this all happen. You nailed it

レストランの雰囲気、料金等も素晴らしい。 お部屋は快適でとても静か、虫とかの侵入も無く良く管理されている。

お部屋のベランダにはレースのカーテンがあった方がプライバシーが保てて良かった。 シャワーは手持ち式のものも用意してあると良かった。

Staff were excellent. Room design was lovely. Food excellent.

Nothing everything was great!

The front desk team is so helpful. They arrange dinner bookings. Ensure pick up transport is ready. The pool areas is amazing. Breakfast was great. But one had to pay for cappuccino. Maybe limit to one for breakfast. Our stay was beautiful. Book the helicopter ride. It is surreal.

The Spa services could be improved. My partner asked for hard pressure massage however the lady couldn’t fulfil that. I kept asking my therapist concentration my back and neck. She didn’t follow through. The need teaching about massages.

Das Design des Hotels ist schön!

Sehr langsamer Service! Mitarbeiter waren oft lustlos und mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Am Pool stapelten sich benutzte Handtücher, die waren am nächsten Tag immer noch da! An der Bar mussten wir die Kellner aufmerksam machen dass wir etwas bestellen wollen! 3 Angestellte und zwei Gäste! Ich musste mehrmals nachfragen ob unser Flughafen Transfer gebucht worden ist! Frühstück nur zu bestellen, Cappuccino 3 USD extra! Zimmer sind etwas muffig! Denke zu viel Feuchtigkeit durch die offenen Bäder!

Spacious and comfortable room. Included breakfast and dinner was good. Complimentary shuttle to the Falls worked well.
