We strongly recommend renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle, ideal for navigating the area and the challenging last two-minute drive to the property, as public transport isn't available. Guests are required to promptly inform the host or property manager of any problems or incidents related to the rental, providing them with the chance to resolve the matter. As part of our in-room entertainment offerings, we offer complimentary access to a wide range of premium TV channels from around the world, covering sports, entertainment, news, VOD, films, TV series, and more. Additionally, guests can enjoy You Tube and use the internet browser. However, please note that streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video are accessible to guests who have registered accounts. Before checking out, it is important to ensure that you log out of all applications on the smart TV. We cannot be held responsible for any usage of streaming services or accounts by subsequent guests if they have been left logged in. We offer guests a free wash and dry laundry service, limited to one full load per week. When early check-in or late checkout cannot be arranged, guests may be provided with the option of luggage storage. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, but is permitted on balconies, terraces, or outside areas as long as guests use ashtrays. All cigaret butts must be deposited in the ashtrays provided. The property is under private ownership and the owners do not assume any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises or its facilities. Moreover, the homeowners are not liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to their guests. When making a reservation, all guests are acknowledging and accepting the risk of any harm that may result from using the property or inviting others to visit it. We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance. Nutmeg Apartment only: Guests will be given complimentary disposable bedroom slippers at check-in, which must be worn at all times while inside the apartment to prevent damage to the wooden flooring. Wearing hard shoes is strictly prohibited inside the premises.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
