The room has a view, and the bed was super spacious, the location is also super! It is near the plaza de Armas and next to an amazing restaurant

Various issues during our stay, the main one being that we were given a room different from the one we had booked. I will be addressing this directly with Booking.com, so I would advise future guests to double-check their reservation details upon arrival. Part of the staff was not particularly helpful, and we often had to repeat the same requests multiple times before receiving assistance. Another odd detail was that the room was stocked with bars of soap but only one very thin roll of toilet paper for a multi-day stay. It seemed poorly thought out. On one occasion, despite being out all day and expecting housekeeping to service the room, it was not cleaned. Our room was located next to the shared terrace, and one night a group of guests was extremely loud, making it impossible to fall asleep. The quiet hours were either not properly communicated or not enforced by the hotel.

Hotel bien ubicado a 200 metros de la plaza de Armas (con escaleras). Buenos servicios alrededor. Calle de discotecas cercana pero no molestó en absoluto el ruido a la noche. Habitaciones amplias, limpias, ropa de cama limpia y de buena calidad. Desayuno básico pero suficiente para empezar el día. (Te, café, pan, huevo revuelto y una fruta o jugo de fruta).

El frío es el principal déficit del hotel, todas las habitaciones tienen radiadores pero a mediados de mayo, el l sistema de calefacción estaba apagado. Lo mismo con la temperatura de la ducha, en el mejor de los casos salía tibia. Muchas veces terminábamos bañándonos con agua fría. Realmente muy incómodo para las temperaturas muy frías de Cusco en la noche.

Tolle Lage! Sauberes und schönes Zimmer. Konnten unser Gepäck aufbewahren.

Das Personal (alle außer Besitzerin) sind echt nicht freundlich. Man fühlt sich deshalb nicht so wohl. Schade eigentlich, weil der Ort wahnsinnig schön ist. Frühstück jeden Tag gleich.
