Sehr gute Lage und tolles Zimmer

Zimmer sehr kalt. Kommunikation sehr schlecht Tage vorher eine Nachricht geschrieben das wir eine Nacht später anreisen und eine Nacht stornieren würden und keine Antwort bekommen und trotzdem den vollen Preis abgezogen beim Check in

Loved everything. Good bed, shower and they had heating overnight. The location was also amazing and good value for money.

窓から庭が見える。晴れてて暖かければ良いかも。

一階で光も入らずとても寒い。本当に寒くて長い滞在は厳しかった。暖房は決まった時間しか付かず、夜間と明方の2回のみです。とにかく寒いです。

Great location, staff were really helpful. I was able to store my belongings while I was doing Salkantay trek.

In the last day a bigger group has arrived and they were quite noisy. My room was on the ground floor, so was quite loud when sitting outside. Additionally they have entered my room, without notice, which was quite unpleasant.
