Excellent location, perfect cleanliness and comfort, nice host.

The location was great; across the road from the train station and an easy walk to the main squares and shops etc. Great to have a washing machine and heating. Electrionic shutter on the roof light which also opened electronically. Good shower, mattress was pretty comfy - a little hard for my taste but that's personal preference. Cups, plates etc. available as well as a kettle and saucepans. Basic condiments like salt and pepper provided. Self check-in.

The flat wasn't completely clean when I arrived - hairs all over the floor and a dirty toilet bowl. I told the host who organised for it to be cleaned again. There were still lots of hairs around the floor when I returned later. Old stains on the towels. Blanket on the bed was very thin like a hospital blanket and had a small hole in one area. The flat wasn't cold so there no need for heating on, but a thicker blanket would have been cosier and better for sleeping. The pillows were much too soft and flat for my taste. The shelves over the bed are badly positioned in my opinion; I banged my head once or twice. WiFi was unstable and disconnected randomly. It wasn't ideal as I was trying to hold video calls for work. Fridge was noisy. Someone was entering the flat on my last day. They unlocked the door, realised I was there and left again. I followed them out, and they apologised saying they'd got the wrong flat. Lots of small things that were disappointing, but can be easily improved upon. I'd probably stay again for the location and access to cooking facilities and washing machine.

The accomodation and it's locality. The fact that it had a washing machine something long time travellers get excited about👍. The owners were obliging and very easy to contact.

Pillows😢. Please buy some new pillows!

The location is very good not only for discovering what Trieste has to offer (less than a 10 minute walk to Piazza Unità and the port), but also for anyone planning day trips to Udine, Pordenone, Venice, etc. since it's almost directly across the street from Trieste Centrale. The apartment is well equipped with cookware and utensils, if you are so inclined, with a supermarket a 2 minute walk away. There is a wide range of restaurants in the area if cooking is not your thing. There is traffic but the apartment is well insulated (especially the windows) so that traffic noise is never an issue. The apartment is not particularly big so it is better suited for singles and couples. The bath is spacious and does have a washing machine. Jenny is very welcoming and quick to respond to any question or concern one may have. All in all, I would definitely recommend Cellini House.

Nothing major aside from a refrigerator which probably could use some adjustments since it tended to be a bit noisy. Parking could be a problem, but that can generally be said about all of Trieste.

A well designed apartment with quality equipment and stylishly thought out by host Jenny. It was immaculately clean with everything needed for a great stay in this wonderful city. If you are arriving by train the location is a dream

Everything is perfect

Location was very good.

There was no electric kettle in the kitchen even though it was advertised as having one. We boiled water in a pot on the stove. This was mentioned to the proprietor on the first day but nothing was done about it. We also mentioned how slowly the shower drained, such that it overflowed into the bathroom.

Exceptionally clean. Great facilities. Just a few minutes walk to the station. Very quiet and secure apartment.

Bed sheets weren’t great (very pilled nylon) but when I mentioned it to the owner she offered to replace them within 20 minutes. There isn’t a view. There is one high level dormer window that allows you to see the sky.

Late arrival and found out it Had ben overbooked I bas a confirmed booking..(!! ?? )so Thery found an alternative but downgraded and not what i Had expected

Apartment very clean. Looked newly converted. Location very good just across from the railway station. View from window was lovely.

The bed was very hard and could have done with a topper. A welcome book would have been useful, nearest supermarket, map of the city, location of tourist information etc.
