"Not a villa"

View is great, apartment facilities pool large tv excellent. Location to walk to town is very good . The pool being covered i though would be an issue but was very good as you need the shade.

It was advertised as a villa but it's really an apartment with a pool. You have people above you which you can hear them moving about. Also the road is a wee bit noisy but didn't spoil it for us.

Everything was great. If we need something they help us right away. Great view,great location. You should definitely buy Jacuzzi heating(its worth it). We will definitely comeback.

If you cooking your self you might ask for more kitchen items and roads are not so good but house is so good so you dont care about small things.

"Well equipped and delightful villa in a peaceful location with fantastic views."

The hosts were really accommodating and helpful, and the views from the balcony l over the town and harbour, and the mountains beyond, were amazing. Everything was really comfortable and well laid out.

Some complimentary sachets of coffee / milk on arrival would have been a great touch to have a hot drink prior to getting to the shops.

"A beautiful villa in a beautiful location in the pretty town of Kalkan"

Friendly, helpful hosts. Superb views over the sea. Bright, spacious villa.

Two small niggles. The info said toilet paper provided but after first couple of days we had to provide our own. Their was an additional charge to heat the pool which was not clearly stated prior to booking.

Our stay at Villa Sheyma was excellent! The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Esra and Ibrahim were absolutely amazing , they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even met and welcomed us so warmly at 5am when we arrived, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Their kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. Highly recommend Villa Sheyma , we’ll definitely be back!

"Good"

Private, clean and comfortable.

A bit noisy from main road. Can’t get around without a car, 15-20 min drive to the nearest beach.
