O pequeno almoço e o jantar não tinham flexibilidade e não permitiam produtos mais consensuais.

We had a wonderful two night stay. The staff was so kind and the daily Kaiseki meals were 5 star and abundant. Our thermal baths were amazing and we used them at least two times daily.

This wonderful little place exceeded all expectations. So relaxing and beautiful!

Absolutely nothing.

Clean and comfortable for our room with western style bed. But our friend’s room with futon was not as comfortable and it is difficult to get out to the balcony

Room is on the small side

So relaxing and staff were there to make sure we were comfortable at all times. The included meals in the private dining room were delicious and beautiful. The in room onsen was amazing. Extremely hot at first but there was a cold water tap to cool it down.

Slippers in the rooms and pajamas would have been nice features to have included in the rooms.

Had a wonderful stay. The facilities were clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained—perfect for unwinding. The service was truly exceptional; the staff were warm, attentive, and made everything feel effortless. And the food? Absolutely delicious—every meal was a highlight. Would definitely come back!
