Very perfect hotel I love it

Staff was polite and courteous.

On our first day, we decided to order for lunch in the hotel itself. However, it took more than 1.5 hours to bring the food. Further, the food came in from another restaurant of the same hotel group which we did not feel was correct. Without prejudice to the same, the food was good.

1. Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. 2. Hotel is very clean and neat. 3. Facilities are great, they even provoded hair drier in washroom. 4. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. 5. Location is great, just walkable distance from Thamel. We took a walk everyday to Thamel.

Nothing much really. May be the tooth brush and shampoo provided could be better but then who expects these things from a hotel. But they do the job..better than nothing should we forget getting our brush, like i did.

great location , very close to thamel it's very new hotel in city , big rooms and very clean , staff are very friendly always ready to help , great breakfast they offer us nepali tea it was very nice i will come back very soon

I am so happy that I chose Lakhey Hotel for my stay in Kathmandu. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, fresh and very modern. The mattress is so comfortable , the shower is excellent and the room is bright, fresh and airy! The breakfasts are very very tasty! The staff go far beyond to make sure I have everything I need. They are friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for me. I am a solo female traveller and I feel very safe walking back in the evening, with all the local people going about their business. Lakhey Hotel is the perfect base for a visit to this amazing city! I will definitely be back for sure 😊

Amazing staff and everything super new

the location is perfect it's a quiet and peaceful street just 7/8 mins from thamel walking distance it's new hotel in kathmandu there room is very stylish like ibis style hotel there room view is really nice you can see city view recommend to stay top floor room staff are very nice and friendly always ready to help us best hotel in kathmandu I recommend it to everyone request please visit and see their room hope you love it

The staff are accommodating and cooperative. The hotel is comparatively new. It is close to the market tourist market. Overall an OK experience. They arranged breakfast for us at 6 am even when the cook arrives at 7 am. It was a budget friendly stay.

There were no electric kettles, though they provide if asked as per the staff. No mini fridge in the room too.
