Attention to cleanliness could be better, some of the crockery had dried on food and lights over breakfast bar covered in dust, so were metal wall art in bedroom and dirt and confetti in door tracks.
AUClose to and views of the lake. Out of central Rotorua (15 mins by car) no sulphur smell. We had everything we needed for 5 adults, 2 night stay.
