Domus Silvana Apartments

The location is really good, walkable distance from all the attractions, and not too far away from the beach by bus. The host Francesca was very friendly and helpful. Her detailed instructions made our check-in smoothly and she also gave us recommendations for food for example. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The facilities in the apartment were modern and sufficient. The attic indeed was very hot but with air conditioning it cooled down fast and we had good sleep during the night. In general the apartment was quiet and had good soundproof from the noise from the street. The terrace outside was nice, but unfortunately we didn't get the chance to enjoy it because of our limited time and the rainy weather.

Nothing to complain, really, but somehow we could hear the neighborhood walking on the stairs early in the morning. It woke us up for a short time. And when you stay in the attic room, be careful not to hit your head on the beam 😂

We stayed here the night before boarding our cruise. Knowing we were only staying one night we weren’t too fussy about accommodation so didn’t do much research. We were delighted when we arrived to find we’d booked a well-appointed modern, clean apartment! Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great! Local shops and eateries on the doorstep. Property manager Francesca was very friendly, responsive and helpful.

We shouldn’t have tried to walk from Ravenna station in 35C heat with our luggage! In other circumstances it will be a flat easy walk.

The apartments are very specious, clean and cosy. There is everything for comfortable staying! The host Francesca is very helpful, friendly and welcoming! The apartments’ location is great, in the historical centre. There is the cheap parking near the apartments.

It was very well appointed with everything I needed and super clean. A great location in a side street in the old town, so very easy to walk everywhere. Very friendly and helpful host.
