Cleaning needs improvement

Nothing i didn't like there room was not clean

Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even after informing them clearly that I had important calls and meetings and did not want to be disturbed, they kept calling repeatedly and interfering again and again. The room itself was also not maintained properly. The toilet was not cleaned, there were no towels, no water bottle, and the room service was poor. When I informed the reception that the room was not clean and I wanted to check out, they responded very rudely and said they could not do anything. Even during checkout, they kept disturbing me continuously with calls and did not even give me enough time to pack my bags peacefully. Overall, the staff behavior was arrogant and disrespectful, and the service quality was very poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The blanket they provided us is used already and didn't even wash it

Hot water not adequate. It was cold and hot water was timed.

Front desk staff is very rude and shouting me when I am asking why hot water not coming They and not cleaning the room and bathroom well Not refilling the toiletries and if we ask they answer very rude I strongly recommend pls don’t stay here. Very poor service

Location is good. Breakfast was good.

No hot water most times. Bathroom floors are too slippery No room service for food No soundproofing done, very noisy at night due to voices feom corridor, other rooms.
