Großes Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen. Das Haus war sauber und sehr geräumig. Genug Platz für 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern. Hinter jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bad, was auch sehr vorteilhaft ist.

Der Grill konnte wegen Brandgefahr nicht benutzt werden, weil es zu trocken war. Schade, aber auch verständlich.

Very nice quiet place. Well equipped house. Good communication.

We stayed at the villa for 4 nights. The villa is very beautiful, each bedroom has a bathroom. All rooms had air conditioning. The villa has a beautiful garden around it. There was no barbecue, but as I understand the owner takes care of the security of the villa. Easily accessible to Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca

The House is fully equiped. Rooms was clean and nice with aircondition. Garden is really nice!

We (4 adults, 4 children) stayed there during our summer holidays. It’s a nice house with a huge garden and enough space for two families. We enjoyd the 4 bathroom which makes it uncomplicated for everybody. After our arrival Francesco gave us a few instructions (like no barbecue and open fire permitted) in and outside the house. During our week we had a few problems: cleaningness of the kitchen, a door handle was loose, one of the air condition needed to be adjusted. Elisa and Francesco where helpful to fix everything. As a family its recommanded to have a car, the house is on a landscape. Therefore you also have to count on a visit from animals inside and outside the house. In the middle of our stay, Francesco changed the towels. From the location of the house you can easy reach Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, Siena. We enjoyed our stay in Tuscany and we will come back.

The property was spacious, spotless and looked newly renovated. There was A/C throughout the house. Each room had an ensuite . Nice garden with a large table and chairs . The lady that greeted us was friendly and informed us of the best beach.

The house was a bit out of the way. Very busy road to get to the sandy beach which was about 20 minutes away. Not walking distance to any shops, restaurants etc. Check in was unusual in that it was very late at 6pm. No washing machine which for the size of the house was strange. It was our last stop on our trip to Tuscany with young kids so laundry facilities would have been handy . Parking was not permitted in the yard of the house which to me was ridiculous. Had to drag suitcases up the gravel path. It would benefit from a pool owing to its distance to the beach especially when you have kids.

The villa is spacious and clean. Each bedroom is a good size with an ensuite bathroom.

A washing machine would be a good addition for long stays. Power sockets not very plentiful especially if you are not European. A little off the beaten track and not walkable to shops etc

The villa was nice. Very clean and felt new. The host was friendly. Good value for money. I recommend if you want to be close to Pisa and Lucca.

Livorno. Nothing much there. My fault for not researching enough. Quite a drive to Florence and Sienna
