The stay turned out to be very good - the house was large and spacious. Bigger than it seems in the photos. The air conditioning works very well. The hosts were always helpful and dealt with every obstacle - and during our visit, such obstacles also happened. However, we felt taken care of. I recommend it to anyone who needs a good place to stay in this area.

Hornets are still a minor problem. Some beds also squeak with every movement.

Superb location, 10 mins by car from Livorno, surrounded by a private property with gardens. The villa is fully equipped (except for a pool), has a parking lot and can serve as a base for exploring Tuscany (Lucca, Pisa, Voltera, San Giminiano, Florence, Siena, etc) as well as for a beach holiday (long, sandy beaches 20 mins to the North or cliffs, 15 mins. to the South). The villa features 4 double-bedroom, each with its own bathroom, air-con (a must for August!) a big living and a dining and, of course, a kitchen with freezer, microwave, espresso machine and dishwasher. Every room has mosquito repellent devices. Francesco and his family, the owners, will assist you discreetly. If you look for a nice, peaceful, well equipped 4 bedrooms villa, this might be your solution. Thanks, Francesco!

Everything was clean, there was a very nice and well-equipped kitchen and AC in each room. We have got a bottle of complimentary Prosecco in the fridge and coffee capsules. Which was also very nice.

1) Very weak water pressure in sinks and bidets in both bathrooms made it almost impossible to use them. It was quite uncomfortable. 2) The trees in the garden were very overgrown and uncut, because of which it was difficult to pass from the gate to the front door of the house. Because on the largest such tree, the linden, there was always a mass of bees.

This charming Italian cottage was the perfect place for a vacation. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the host was kind and helpful, the garden with olive trees was beautiful, and the interior of the cottage was clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this magical place!

The house Was fully equippet, with every think you need dishwasher, fridger, microvawe, hairdryers. Living room, kitchen, dining room and 4 double bedrooms with 4 Bathrooms. Heating worked perfektly. Big garden and backYard with parking places. Everything fresh RENOVATED. QUIET naiborhood but not far away from shopping Center.

The villa is perfect for travellers by car, it is very well equipped, it has a very nice, big garden and you feel like you leave in counryside. You can find supermarkets and some places to eat in only 10 minutes by car. Every room has a separate bathrom with shower. The villa is really big, everyone can find a place to rest. The place is really nice, i can fully advise it if you are looking for a quite and comforable place for you vacation

there is no washing machine, but you can find laundry very close to the place (5-10 minutes by car)
