Breakfast was simple but delicious. Easy to arrange shuttles to the mountain or town. They have a set of hours they're available and will take you anywhere close by. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Showers were clean and HOT.

Not sure about the walls throughout the rest of the hotel, but the one between our two rooms was very thin. We could have conversations through the wall. The owners have three small children, so if you're sleeping in or not feeling well, bring some ear plugs. They are cute kids tho. The baths weren't working which would have been nice because the closest Onsen is no tattoos allowed.

Family friendly, English and Japanese speaking. Cosy. Helpful crew. Daily bus rides to resorts.

The staff were really hospitable and they ensure you’re comfy and settled with your stay. The location was fantastic, just 3mins convenient drive to Goryu, with many nearby eateries. They also provide transport services up to 7pm daily which is really helpful. Property is really clean as well.

The shared bathroom was tiny but still acceptable. However the room on second floor wasn’t really soundproof, we could hear laughter, footsteps etc which might not be great for light sleeper.

Value for the price! Rocky and his staff make you feel right at home. Shuttle service is fantastic! If you’d like to walk to Goryu-Hakuba 47 it’s short and sweet through forest….maybe 15 minutes. I’ll be back🏂❄️🇯🇵
