The staff were amazing and so helpful. If you had any questions they were right on to it and helped out and not to mention fresh bacon and eggs every morning!

The owners and staff were all exceptionally lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet all of our requests and answer any questions! They ensured we had the best time in Hakuba with their thoughtful suggestions. We also appreciated the clean and very comfy beds at the end of our big ski days. 11/10 will stay again ☺️

The staff were very helpful & bus shuttle was very handy. Traditional guest house in a great location to Goryu, Hakuba 47 & Happo.

The shared bathrooms took some getting used to but helpful staff made up for that.

We were the furthest room from the WiFi and so we had less than steallar connection, however not important in a full service hotel

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were great for the price. The shuttle provided by the vista were also a lifesaver in multiple occasions because we did not rent a car. Breakfast in the mornings were simple but delicious. The vista is also a dedicated dropoff point for Rhythm sports equipment, so on the checkout day, we didnt need to stress out about returning our gear. Really convenient.

The wifi doesn't reach to all corners of the 2nd floor, so the signal strength depends on the room location. Not a dealbreaker in my book as it can be easily fixed.

It's a family run hostel with live in staff, so there was a lot of community and heart built into the place. The dining space made for a great gathering place. The complimentary shuttle service they offered was top tier. You can request a pick up from a local transit stop, to and from a mountain in the area, to and from the grocery store or restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was great.
