The facilities, the cleaning staff - very polite and the location

The staff at the front desk, a young boy and a young girl, that deserves a deep seminar about customer service. No matter the appearance, no matter the name on ID, they should learn how to welcome a client. Laughing at my name in front of me was very disrespectful. The chief cook at the morning breakfast was also unfriendly when I asked her some eggs ( I even started by : excuse me). I cancelled my order because of the cold mood. Will definitely not go back to this hotel even if it's well located in Paramaribo

La tranquillité, le calme, c'était très paisible. Aussi, le PDJ était bon, le personnel à la réception était agréable...

Le manque de jonction entre les 3 hôtels : l'eco torarica, le torarica, le royal torarica. Il faut sortir et marcher à l'extérieur du complexe afin d'accéder à l'un ou l'autre c'est vraiment dommage.

Ontbijt was in orde, wel een beetje standaard. Dus elke dag hetzelfde. Maar goed wij hoefden niet opzoek naar eten in de ochtend.

De schuifpui op onze kamer ging heel moeilijk open. Voor de rest was de kamer prima, personeel vriendelijk en er was genoeg parkeergelegenheid.
