Rapopo Plantation Resort

I loved the welcome song for a start and as a first timer in Kokopo, rapopo. i loved the scenery and the garden and the general environment in the facilities. the sea view looking over to Mt Tavurvur was amazing too.

Id say the TV connection in the room

Everything was amazing, the location the facilities but most importantly the staff were amazing.

Nothing.

The staff were friendly and hospitable, Location was great and the food outstanding

Our room had no hot water. We reported it each day and were told each time that it was being attended to but nothing happened. Finally we asked to be transferred to another room for our final night. This was done promptly but nothing was offered to compensate for our discomfort for the previous three nights. A shame that it detracted from what was otherwise a great experience and a lovely resort.

Very helpful staff,I love their hospitality.

WiFi couldn't connect to the TV Even though the TV is a smart TV,I couldn't watch online on it even when using my phones hotspot.The apps on the TV have to be updated.

Good, a little more food on the paid breakfast would be good.

Service was a little slow at times.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the view

Check-in was abit late.
