The only thing I suggest is that you clearly explained that customers need to left off people and luggage at XX then walk down YY, and the building looks like ZZ. It took way too long to figure it out. Assume your customers are two older ladies who have never been to your city before. Give us clear references. The hotel name is impossible to find, and even the number 1 on the building is very hard to find. Thank you. We figured it out.

Location, Location, Location. . great breakfast, friendly staff and very comfortable room

Everything was very good. Perhaps a small waste basket near the coffee maker in the foyer for the used kcups? 😉
