Ikigai Tivat Parisian Apartment

Everything was nice. Nikola was just a call away.

Everything you need for cooking was there except for the microwave. But they have electric stove and air fryer so you could cook the food you want. I cant figure out how to recharge the vaccum cleaner. I didnt see any lines or a palce to dock and recharge it. So was not able to clean the apartment during the week stay.

This is probably the best place to stat in Tivat. The apartment is very clean, stylish and spacious. Everything from the kitchen to bedroom and towels is top level. Also, the location is just perfect: 10 mins of slow walking to all the restaurants, Marina with yachts and city center. Right at the corner is the grocery shop. Also, the owner of the apartment is the nicest person!

Очень стильные и уютные аппартаменты. Кровать превосходная, спать одно удовольствие. Везде удобно добираться пешком. Единственное пожелание это халаты, нам их очень не хватало.

The interior is super pretty and very spacious apartment with everything you need!

The property is on the 4th floor of a residential apartment block. It has been very nicely refurbished and it is super clean. There was AC in every room which was invaluable during the heatwave when we were there. It is also very well equipped. Coffee machine, kettle, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machines etc. And there was everything you needed available i.e. dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, sugar, Salt, herbs oil etc. Owner and property manager very communicative. Gaining access was extremely easy and it’s keyless. The apartment is located more in the area where locals live. Right next to the local market, shops, bakeries and there’s a lovely little local beach, Belane beach about 7minutes away. Porto Montenegro is around 10-15minutes walk. The less expensive buzzing area is however more in the north of Tivat, good half an hour walk.

You can’t pay by card and it hasn’t been clearly communicated. It is not possible for four people to eat breakfast/lunch etc. together as there isn’t a kitchen table just an island with two barstools. The island is so high that no other chair would work. Coffee table to small to eat from.

A very well equipped, spacious apartment with extra touches giving a luxury feel. The location is excellent and we wished we could have stayed longer. Communication and support from the owner is excellent. We definitely recommend
