Ikigai Tivat Parisian Apartment

Modern, airy apartment that is a perfect choice for anyone seeking a spacious and clean space in the heart of Tivat. The open layout and contemporary design make it feel welcoming and fresh. The host was fantastic—always available and maintaining great communication throughout the stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Location of the apartmant is amazing! Located in center of the city making the beaches and Porto Montenegro 5min walk. You get luxurious feeling of porto apartments witnout paying 5 times more and you are still extremely close to everything. Rooms are spacious, perfect clean. Apartment has awesome speed of internet so I was able to finish my work without any issues. My kids loved the blue room! My wife loved every corner and I loved it cause she was taking pictures of the apartment whole day so I was left alone 😂 overall great value for money, owner and his host are great people with awesome communication ready to help us with anything we needed. They even sent us bottle of wine as a gift for me and my family. I just cant recommend this apartment enough. We are comming in few months again!!!

Parking space was tricky to find but overall after few circles around building there is always some free space

I am a content creator and each corner was like a heaven for me!! This comfy and spacious apartment was truly one of a kind! Kitchen island was literally like out of magazines. We had a bathroom and extra toilet and it saved my family in morning rush. Each room has its own AC which is a huuuuge plus! It’s in heart of the city centre and Porto Montenegro is just 5-6 min by walking. We found beach “Belane” which is a true gem just 300m away. The apartment has everything we needed for a cozy stay. Air Fryer and Lavazza coffee machine included. We were asked to pay almost 1000€ per day in Porto and it’s not even close when it comes to design and uniqueness. The cleanliness was on spot making our stay more enjoyable. Owner Nemanja and our host Nikola were huge help for anything we needed. The only tricky part is finding a parking lot really hard, but it’s the problem in whole city.

Ikigai owners went above and beyond when it comes to decoration of this apartment! Each piece of furniture was thoughtfully picked and it gives that modern parisienne vibe. The apartment is super spacious so even though we stayed with our kids, we haven’t felt the lack of commotion. It’s well equipped, so you have anything you need for your stay. Oh and comparing to our other bookings this one was actually clean!!! The owner gave us late check out without even asking which was A+ experience for us.

Number 1 rated apartment at our life traveling list ever. Absolutely brand new renovated flat with nice looking atmosphere of art deco as well as minimalism. All the furniture comes from the first pages of modern popular art magazines and exhibitions. Nice mountains view, private wine balcony, very quiet air conditioning. Also, it was very nice, to talk to the owner and object manager. Everyday they are ready to connect, to be in cooperation with any kind of matter. Apartment location is around 5 minutes to go by rest walk to swim or up to the main sea embankment where you could find area of fashion boutiques, high quality restaurants and, of course, yachts marina looks like a Monaco place). Me and my family strongly recommend to be in touch with that apartment, you’ll be in love with all above). My special thanks to Nemanja, as a nice property owner, who was ready to give a hand anytime).

Nothing so special, everything is OK, 4th floor looks not so high stepped, because you have a nice Mountain View.
