Fuji Cottage

Excellent property - plenty of space and facilities. Supermarket a short cycle / walk away. Host super helpful, responds quickly and spoke excellent English. We did find getting around Fuji 5 Lakes a bit tricky from the accommodation though.

Good location near large supermarket and some popular restaurants.

Kitchen room at 2F super bright before 6am.(5am sunrise@april) Two of the three western rooms upstairs with doors only able to block lights partially. The water pressure is great but the shower head can get an update.

I wish I could stay longer

There was plenty of space for many people in and outside the property (although there was only 2 of us). It is in a really nice quiet area away from the busyness of more tourist areas. The owner is extremely kind and communicative both in Japanese and English, making it easy for all people. Also they have bikes available and are able to assist you getting to the location (however since we drove, we used the parking available).

Super nice host who picked us up at the train station and drove us to the apartment. Free bike rental was also great to get around the small village. A lot of space!

The price is a bit too high for two people as the accommodation is also a bit dated and rather basic.

A genuine Japanese home. So much space. Everything you would need for a short or long stay on Fuji. About a 30/40 minute walk to the centre but very quiet and bikes provided free of charge. 2 minutes from the lake and 5/10 minute walk to a Shop. The owners father took us to the bus station and the owner was always available to chat on booking.com.
