"if all rooms have air condition , it is a perfect villa."

every thing is perfect , but please note ... there is no air condition in 3 rooms. The villa owner said she will install air condition in all rooms soon. Today is 2024/7/9 , this period the temp. of kawaguchiko is 36 degree in noon , so it is very difficult to us to sleep in the night.

Great landlord lady who not only offered to pick us up on the first day but the next 2 days of our stay as well. Very grateful for her help in getting us to Kawaguchiku station. Well equipped house for families.
