Vatrice Home

I went there but the vatrice host, by the name: dixon, wasnt even there. Ive been told by the receptionist, that, there wasnt any rooms available there. I should get my money back. Please dont book at vatrice

Close to the city

The rooms are very dirty ..towels god knows how long have been used .. they are dark and stained ..Ac wasn’t working properly.. curtains are hanging .. no washing soap were provided.. asking them to give me two towels instead of one ..never gets it.. the kitchen sink is old and dirty .. in fact the the whole apartment need refurbished.. Tv was not working .. they were kids on the other rooms .. I felt sorry for them they couldn’t watch anything after all the money they pay .. lastly I won’t recommend anyone to stay on Vatrice sea view home stay .. it is very bad experience..

The room we stayed in was fine, and the apartment was nice but each room is part of a bigger apartment - so what you see in the pictures is not an entire apartment for you alone, it is a shared space.

The location is not good due to being far away from everything and it takes a long time to move around to Masaki places even though it is very close due to countless speed bumps and very slow movement of any vehicle, tuk-tuk or motorcycle. Also the real name of the place is China Garden with several places in the complex of 4 buildings. The place shown on the map in this site is VERY INCORRECT. It is not near Slipway.

Sorry but it’s not a hotel, it s a regular home and you will stay a room inside a home which has no bathroom and toilet inside your room. It s dirty dusty and smelly. Kitchen is very dirty also. 5 man sitting in the same living room with noisy, they never switch off the television up to midnight 1-2 a.m. The location is on the beach and there is a guard 24 h, building is safe. The picture of my room; there is an ocean wiev but in fact , it s dark and no wiev. I never recommend this place ever.

Did not get the booked room and breakfast was at times not given or came late

There was no Internet(Wifi) in the room I stayed
