Only staff, the yard, and the view from balcony

Insects all over the room. All the corners were filled with lots of small spiders and ants that got into all my stuff. They were all over my luggage, I didn’t have a single clothes that wasn’t covered by the spiders. Worst travel experience in my entire life. Still feel the disgust even after 10 days have past since I left that place. The bathroom was stinking. And want to mention that I’ve got skin disease while living there. It may be from bathroom water, or maybe the dirty things in there. Still not sure. Do a favor to yourself and don’t ruin your trip by going there.

The suites themselves are quite nice! Quite large with areas to sit and work if required. The property also features quite a few common areas where we met other guests and remote-workers which was a positive!

Outpost advertises a co-working space which can be accessed at a discounted rate when staying here. It's advertised as a short 5 minute walk away from the stay, but in reality its closer to a 10-12 minute walk on a busy road which was not that enjoyable (especially before work in the morning) - We chose to instead to work from the common space on the property and within the rooms themselves which was also nice

Its situated in a more quiet part of Ubud area with very nice restaurants nearby. Monkey forrest is around the corner

We got the big villa which is ok. But somehow the interior design /floorplan felt unlogic. Big is not always better.

when we arrived later in the evening, they could not find our booking - something that happened for the first time to us, although regularly travelling with booking since years ... they managed to quickly prepare another room for us, which was a category below. as it was obviously not clear, what will happen for the rest of our days, we decided to cancel the booking after one night and change hotels. they didn´t really seemed to be bothered by that. at a first glance the place also didn´t seem very well-maintained....

Location and the size of the rooms. Everything accessible. Very well kept.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

For the price breakfast should definitely been included. We were asked daily to settle the whole bill from our first arrival ( stayed four days). The pool was dirty. The villa that we stayed was supposed to be self contained but there was no kettle to boil water and little equipment in the kitchen.

The garden is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious

Matress was very bad and uncomfortable

The staff were very nice and helpful. I also liked the location, it's in a quiet neighborhood, near the coworking space, and a few restaurants. It was raining almost the entire time I was there, so I really appreciate the big balcony in my room. The room is huge and wifi is strong.

The bathroom ceiling had a leak so there was a puddle in the bathroom when it rained.
