Good location

Property is dated, while the room was cleaned everyday it is very old fashioned. There was an issue with the power and the staff were very good in rearranging our booking but overall the property needs work.

The location was great, the centre of Ubud is very busy and this was a 10/15 minute walk but did feel a lot more relaxed. The staff were also incredible - they couldn’t have been more friendly or done more to help.

The flush on our toilet wasn’t working when we arrived, but they fixed it very quickly.

Breakfast was awesome Location is perfect, quiet but close to many good places to eat and walking fistamce to the forest and the core of ubud

Doors are nice and “vintage” but they could be a little more “tight”! Not really a concern though

I requested something nice for our anniversary, and they gave us a very large room with beautiful balcony that opens up towards a green forrest of pine trees, banana trees, clear blue pool, and beautifully singing birds. And most importantly, in the bathroom there was a jacuzzi that is full of local colorful flowers as a surprise to us. location was also excellent, with many many restaurants in walking distance, and a short walk to monkey forrest :)

safebox wasnt working, there was no hairdryer in the room but had to go take one from reception - which was not working properly

Location is lovely - Just a little bit out from the super hectic part of Ubud and the place is just really great for the price

The location and accommodation was as expected. This is good for the digital nomad looking for a cozy place to work and meet like minded people.

Garden and pool , nice and quiet, great area with lots of good places to eat

Has to pull curtains actoss for privacy for all of stay. Had to have air con on as no windows or fan Needed a sheet, too hot for a doona
