Hot tub was a little cool

Two of us spent 2 nights here and had a really great time. We had one of the luxury rooms with the most amazing views over Copper Canyon, and although it was a bit of a trek to climb up there, it was well worth it. The manager, George, was very friendly and attentive, and ensured that we were well looked after. The rest of the staff were also extremely helpful. As a stop on the El Chepe train journey it’s to be strongly recommended.

The staff was so incredible. Kind, fun, helpful. The views were INSANE. Such an amazing place.

I loved it all but be aware if you have a canyon view, there is a significant climb to the room.

Far from town. Steep hill.

Great location and very friendly receptionist keen to speak English. Only a few minutes from Copper Canyon adventure park. Our room was very tastefully decorated and the whole hotel was interesting.

Our room was the most distant from the main building and WiFi was weak
