In an isolated location, turned out geared for large groups. Very limited menu options, poor quality food.

"They cater to groups well. that stay one night. I would not stay there again."

1. Staff was friendly and helpful 2. Transportation to train station 100 pesos. 3. WiFi worked 4. Checked in early. 5. Bed was comfortable.

1. food was not served hot and limited set menu. 2. water wasn’t in room- had to buy drinkable water. 3. some rooms required 50 or more steep steps to get to them. Fortunately they changed. Not many rooms have views. 4. Limited number of electrical outlets and lighting in our cabin.

La habitación muy limpia, la vista a las barrancas, increíble, la comida deliciosa y abundante, la atención excelente. Seguro que si volvemos a barrancas nos quedaremos ahí.

"Top Anlage ,gutes Frühstück, sauber ,nettes Personal"

Frühstück war super typisch mexikanisch. Sichere Umgebung ,auch die kleinenTarahumara Kinder waren in der Anlage aber nie aufdringlich immer nett.

Was verbessert werden müsste für die oben am Canyon gelegenen Zimmer. Ein Aufzug . Das Personal war immer so nett und hat mich soweit es ging hochgefahren aber der Rest war schwierig. Vielleicht sollten sie darauf hinweisen das diese Zimmer für " Fußkranke" nicht geeignet sind.

Muy buen lugar para apreciar las barrancas, la atención del personal es muy buena, todos son muy amables.

Me gustaría mas variedad de la comida y snack. Sin embargo, el desayuno es delicioso.

"Amazing views."

The views were amazing. The staff went out of their way to help.

The property is on very steep hills, lots of steps to get to our room but they will pick you up any time and drive you up and down. The pool was very cold. Dogs can be noisy at night.
