It was clean and very good, kind staff and fresh!

That they didn't allow us to reschedule and we didn't know that we just could've cancelled our booking and rebooked so we paid for 3 extra days.

Nice quiet little area

I booked a double bed and we got 2 singles

La ubicación, el barrio. También por la tranquilidad de la zona.

Espacio insuficiente para 4 personas con maletas, no tener donde poner ni las toallas que tampoco olían a limpio, quizá por la humedad. No se podían secar. Tampoco son dos dormitorios como ponía. Es sólo 1 dividido parcialmente por unos listones de madera.

The facilities are good

Everywhere is dusty especially the kitchen area , even the bedsheet and pillow case with blood stain…

The location is a ten minute walk away from the nearest stations, and nestled in a small residential neighborhood in between restaurants and high-rise buildings. The room was spacious for Japan and had all the basic necessities for lodging for a few nights. They allowed us to leave our luggage with the hotel hours before check-in. The employees at the front desk are all bilingual, so the hotel is very foreign-friendly. Overall, if you're looking for a budget hotel to stay for a few nights with great English support and a spacious room, this is the place to go!

Because we arrived during the rainy season, the smell of damp wood from the halls wafted through the open vents into the room and caused us to feel a little dizzy. We reported it to the front desk, worried it was gas, and they quickly closed the vents for us and turned on the air purifier in the room. While it did take a while, the smell eventually dissipated, leaving the room much more comfortable to stay in. The pillows and bed were decently comfortable, though for people who prefer sturdier material like hard memory foam, it may be a bit too soft. Note that there is no communal bathroom for the hotel, only the ones available in the rooms.

Chambre très agréable et très bien située : près du temple Nijo et de Shinsenen où vous pouvez vous poser le matin. La gare de Nijo est également tout près ainsi que de nombreux transports (bus, metro) ce qui vous permets de vous déplacer très facilement. Un family market et 7/11 non loin vous permets notamment de faire des courses. Quartier très calme, familial et agréable, ce qui vous donne l'impression d'être résident. Literie très confortable. Possibilité de mettre deux grandes valises dans la chambre malgré un espace restreint. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Deux clés à disposition auraient été parfait pour faciliter nos déplacements.

Gostei muito deste local. O quarto tem um espaço excelente para os padrões locais e a cama é muito confortável. Proporcionou um ótimo descanso durante a viagem.
