Very comfortable and spacious room with window and the best bathroom so far. No breakfast served at the hotel but lots of shops around. Laundry service provided .

The rooms were clean, the lobby was comfortable, it was very easy to retrieve the keys and navigate ourselves to and from the hotel since it was close to JR Nijo station and the Tozai subway station. The facilities were okay, too.

The room could use more laundry racks or places to hang our clothes. For a four-person room, it really lacked space to hang our towels and clothes. Moreover, the washing machine's dryer didn't fully dry our clothes so we were disappointed to have to dry our clothes inside our room since there wasn't any balcony. So, the lack of racks was the main problem. Secondly, we wish the way the room was advertised or labeled could be changed from "2-bedroom" to "1-bedroom for 4 people" since it wasn't technically a "2-bedroom" apartment. The faux divider doesn't make it a "2-bedroom apartment." It becomes very inconvenient for people to stay. We wish it was made clearer that it is not a 2-bedroom apartment but only "1 bigger room fit for 4 people which has a pseudo-divider."
