i liked the room, it was spacious with a nice interior. there was a big tatami area with a table, a bathroom, and a full-length mirror which was very convenient.

The room was seriously infested with bed bugs. I found them under the blankets, pillows, inside the mattresses of both beds, and even one on the tatami and my clothes. They bit me during the night, and if I hadn’t stayed awake, I wouldn’t have noticed them at all. I provided photos, but instead of relocating me to another room, the hotel only changed the bed linen and sprayed disinfectant. As a result, there were dead bugs lying around and a chemical smell, and it was impossible to sleep on the beds. I had to sleep on the floor for 2 nights of 4, and the hotel refused to provide another room or compensation. This completely ruined my stay.

Excellent location in a quiet area with train stations easily accessible. The surrounding streets are lovely and there are a lot of convenient parking lots nearby if need be. A 5 minute walk to a lovely shopping street. A very comfortable and clean property and the owners were very responsive.

One thing we die notice was a musty smell inside near the lift on the ground floor. It was the middle of summer so it could have been from the rain or humidity

Good facilities, and great location! Easy to get around Kyoto from the Nijo Station !

Nous avons loué parce qu’il y avait indiqué deux chambres. En réalité il s’agit dune seule et même pièce (salon, chambres) aucune séparation par une cloison. De plus, nous avons eu des bêtes que nous soupçonnons être des punaises de lit

The room was spacious for 3 pax especially with the tatami / futon area. Easy self check instructions and a short walk to subway station. Located in quiet peaceful residential area enables you a good sleep.

The toilet is in the same area with bathroom and a funny smell we have to spray regularly to get rif off.
