Tv wasn’t programmed for normal tv channels, remote battery ran out.

The location was very handy to transport.

Soap and refreshment supplies a little sparce for the length of stay. Previous occupier had left food in the microwave.

Location pet friendly

Parking with a large vehicle was across road, was cheap parking and had surveillance just a wee way with bags and stuff but worked out well

The location could not be better. The apartment is a perfect base to enjoy the best of Wellington. Ideal for a solo traveller.

Others have mentioned it in their reviews but there is a low level hum of building infrastructure which you can hear in the apartment. It took some initial getting used to but after the first night or two I stopped noticing and slept well. The host was also extremely considerate of noise in the apartment next door and offered an alternative option when they knew they were having a party one evening.

Great location. Right in the heart of Wellington and the views were great. Clean and tidy and communication with the host was excellent. I would def recommend.

The perfect location to enjoy central Wellington. Walking distance to everything. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

I know the place is titled ‘cosy’. But the living/kitchen area is tiny, only room to fit in one comfortable chair. The TV is therefore in the bedroom, so you have to sit in bed if you want to watch it. The main problem though is the noise emitting from some sort of machinery. It is constant and annoying. Very hard to relax at night.

If advertised a carpark it should be in the price
