Excellent service of staff, especially Anisha. Riverside view is also beautiful. Nice food.

Hygiene around Restaurant. Found few rats running here and there.

The location and the calmness.

The property wasn’t the same as shown in the images. I booked a room with lake view, but I haven’t seen any lake through window. The staff in the reception was really rude.

The provided towel was dirty had so many dirt stuck to it . The tea which we paid and bought was bad ,the tea flask had stale fish smell and tea was tangy and watery making it a worseful that one can drink ,even after complain there wasn’t much difference . I wonder even paid tea was this bad I highly doubt on complimentary which they provide. Tv did not work ,AC remote failed to work ,so nothing worked . For this price I could have got a decent room with basic facilities. So I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this resort

The worst ever experience we had….. no customer service…. No proper response…. Would rate 00000 and never ever recommend anyone to this property…… do understand that this property is part of a big group…. There vision on hospitality and being the first choice for the guest on this property will not be possible unless they take the pain of training their staffs (reception team) on hospitality ……
